How we work

We answer the phone. That's the most underrated part of this business — most tree companies are out on jobs all day, and the call goes to voicemail. Ours doesn't. You get a real person, on the first call, who can triage your situation and get you a quote on the calendar within a day (or right now if it's an emergency).

From there: a real arborist comes to your property, looks at the tree(s), writes a fixed quote, and emails it the same day. If you approve, work usually starts within the week. We bring the right gear for your specific job — chipper for routine work, crane for the bigger drops, climbing rigs for tall palms. Cleanup happens before we leave; nothing is left for you to deal with after.

What we don't do

• We don't top trees. Topping is a destructive shortcut that produces weak regrowth and shortens tree life. We won't do it even if you ask.
• We don't bait-and-switch quotes. The on-site quote is the price. If we run into something genuinely unexpected (rotten core, surprise utility line, etc.) we stop and talk through it before continuing — never adjust silently.
• We don't pressure-sell. If a tree doesn't need work, we say so. If your job is small enough that hiring a neighbor is more sensible, we'll tell you that too.
• We don't post fake reviews. The "Recently Completed Jobs" section on this site is real work, anonymized to neighborhood for homeowner privacy. We'd rather have a smaller, accurate body of work to point to than invented stars.

What we are (and aren't)

Crown City Tree is a marketing and lead-referral service. The crews who actually do the work are independent licensed contractors operating under their own California contractor's licenses, workers' comp, and general liability. We vet them, schedule them, and stand behind the quality of the work — but the legal performance and insurance is theirs. This is the same setup a lot of modern home-service businesses run on. It works because the local crews stay focused on doing the work well, and we focus on running the homeowner side of the business well.

Service area

We serve all of Corona, CA and immediately surrounding neighborhoods. Our most active areas are Sierra Del Oro, South Corona, Dos Lagos, Horsethief Canyon, and Temescal Valley. We also cover Norco, Eastvale, and parts of west Riverside on a case-by-case basis.
