Privacy Notice

Short version: when you fill out our contact form, we receive your name, phone, address area, and a description of your tree care need. We use that information only to respond to your request and to coordinate service. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

What we collect

From the contact form on this site:

• Name (so we know who to ask for when we call)
• Phone number (primary way we reach you)
• Address area (city or ZIP, so we know whether you're in our service area)
• Service needed (the type of tree work you're asking about)
• Brief description (what you wrote in the message field)

From general site visits we collect aggregate, privacy-first analytics through Cloudflare Web Analytics: page views, country (not city), referring source, and basic device type. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising IDs. We cannot identify individual visitors from this data.

How we use it

Form submissions are routed via Web3Forms (an email-relay service) to the email account that operates this business. We use the information you submit to:

• Reply to your inquiry by phone, text, or email
• Coordinate scheduling with the licensed contractor performing the work
• Maintain a record of past customers so we can respond efficiently if you reach out again

How we don't use it

• We do not sell or rent your information.
• We do not share your information with marketing companies, lead-resellers outside our contractor network, or data brokers.
• We do not enroll you in marketing email lists or text-message campaigns without your explicit opt-in.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in the receiving email account indefinitely so we can reference past communications if you contact us again. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. The analytics service we use (Cloudflare Web Analytics) does not use cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

If you visit a page on this site that links to a third-party service (e.g. a Google search result), that third party may set its own cookies. That is governed by their privacy policies, not ours.

Your rights

You can request that we:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your information from our records

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information, so the CCPA "do not sell" right does not apply, but you may still request access or deletion.

Updates to this notice

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and revise the date below. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
